Building The Week of a CEO
Far too many of my clients struggle with how to use their time effectively, often draining their energy by focusing on things they can't control (like other people's opinions or the number of likes on their latest reel). In this workshop, based on exactly where you are at in your business (from newbie to established entrepreneur) we will map out your week. We will look at things like strategic visioning, billable vs. non-billable hours, balancing potential full-time or side-hustle work, and what kind of actions result in profit.

Building The Year of a CEO
When you are employed by someone else, you receive money weekly, and usually pay bills monthly. So it makes sense that your nervous system has gotten used to evenly distributed paychecks and looking at money on a month-to-month basis. As a CEO, doing this is holding you back. It leaves you in a trap of playing catch up with yourself, focusing on short-term goals instead of long term success. Building a business model that can sustain your livelihood requires infrastructure that is difficult to create if your focus is on signing a client so you can pay your rent or hitting some elusive 5-figure month just to say that you did. In this workshop we will be looking at the construction of a profitable YEAR; what it takes, what to do to build it, and how to organize yourself so you are set up for success.

Solidifying The Mindset of a CEO
In our last class we will bring it all together - A CEO focuses on the mission of the business. They know when and how to invest and see it as an action that creates profit and success...not a fear-based emotional choice. When you have the mindset of a CEO, taking action in business is easier...and protecting your peace and sense-of-self is a natural by-product of using your precious mental and emotional energy wisely. In this class you'll create your own framework to protect your mindset as you implement everything we co-create in classes 1 and 2.

She is a daughter of immigrants and witches, Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Florida with a degree in Women’s Studies: Theories and Politics of Sexuality. She received additional training in the Master’s program at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, 600-hour certification VITA Coaching, and certification via The Ethical Coaching Collective. She is a Reiki Master, attuned by her mother, who also taught her how to read cards and live life guided by the moon.
