If you’re an online service provider there are two non-negotiables you need to make sales:

Module 1: Trusting your mission and trusting yourself

Explore the art of making business decisions rooted in your core values/mission and determine what your core values are! These serve as a guide to create self trust so you can stand by what you say and do in your work, always.
Develop your client concept so you can partner with ideal clients in a way that creates sacred trust and powerful work. Use the Client Concept Exercise to define your ideal client so that you can craft and market offers to them with a specificity that leads to results.

AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you’ll have the foundation for a business that is a reflection of your mission.

You’ll feel confident and clear about your client concept, your offers, and the energy you embody to sell as an act of service, not sleaze. This Module will profoundly anchor you to your work.

**Module 2: Building Your Strategy From Your Why**

Witches receive a Freedom Calculation Tool, which will help YOU build a business plan to create your ideal salary in the next 1-3 years. The calculator helps you understand how much you need to earn to leave your day job, double your revenue, pay off debt and so much more…so you can heal your money trauma with STRATEGY and not just magical thinking.
Generate your system for enrolling clients in a way that feels right for you. I provide 6 different strategies and then coach you through what feels authentic for you; each strategy is a means of Client Acquisition so you can stop asking questions like “But where do I find clients?"

AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you will have a business plan, monthly budget and clear idea of how your offers can be structured to both create your income now…

and your dream income a year from now. Your plan will be clear, actionable, strategic and rooted in how much you actually want to make, not some arbitrary exciting sounding fabricated figure. Module 3: Coaching Ethics and Efficacy

Dive into your money mindset to boost your confidence and clarity as you step into your role as a guardian of abundance. Learn energetic practices for wealth and abundance for yourself, your business, your clients and your community. You'll receive an entire toolkit of resources to help you tackle this powerfully.
Learn the intersectional approach to taking risks to make money. There are start-up costs in business, but you don't have to keep graduating to "higher level" learning to learn how to create wealth. This program breaks this down for you step-by-step.

AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you will have worked through your own money blocks so you can write a money story that is congruent with your values and serves your people as much as you.

You will feel excited to be paid for your work and you will feel confident naming your rate. You will have a plan for sliding scale, lower ticket offers and revolutionary pricing models. Module 5: Crafting Captivating Copy

Learn how to structure and write the kind of invitations, offers and sales pages that make customers stop and exclaim "Yes! I have been NEEDING THIS" so that they are already in before you get on the sales call.
Learn to distinguish between subtle manipulative sales techniques (“If you don’t buy this you must not really want to change.”) and honesty-driven and ethical selling (“I really stand by what I do and I know that I can help you”) so that you are excited to sell your services and not anxious that people are going to think you are trying to manipulate them. Write the copy your business needs to thrive.

AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you will know exactly how to craft your signature offer copy in a way that is specific, compelling and clear.

You will understand what makes someone want to buy something so you aren’t wondering what isn’t working in your business model, but rather focusing on creating what you KNOW will work. You’ll be able to generously and authentically convey the value of your services in a way that feels truthful and inviting to your future clients no matter where you use the written word (from your social media platforms, to emails, your website and beyond).

Module 6: CEO Brain Space

Understand how to structure your schedule and time for productivity. Build a workflow that works for how you work and execute tasks in a way that will create results.
Cultivate resilience to face the inevitable challenges of business building over time. What do you do when the economy or the industry changes? What happens when you launch something and you don’t get the results that you want? How do you cope with burnout? This module provides the answers to the questions and the tools to hold you through these moments and also includes a powerful Guided Meditation on Depersonalization.

AT THE END OF THIS MODULE you will have a compass for the big moments that will inevitably happen throughout the course of your career.

Hi, I'm Cara!

I am an intersectional Feminist Business Mentor on a mission to heal the rampant harm in the coaching industry.

As someone who experienced first hand the toxicity of spiritual bypassing posturing as personal development, I built an ethical sales and marketing framework that flips “pain point marketing” and coercive sales tactics toward heart-led, genuine service.

As a service provider with a social work background, I dropped out of grad school when I realized I couldn’t afford the salary I would make in the career path I thought was the “safe route”. So I built a business instead. My passion is helping value-aligned service providers realize they can make more money doing what they love than they ever did staying in the job they hate, just because they thought it was safer.

I am a daughter of immigrants and witches, Magna Cum Laude graduate of The University of Florida with a degree in Women’s Studies: Theories and Politics of Sexuality. I received additional training in the Master’s program at New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, 600-hour certification VITA Coaching, and certification via The Ethical Coaching Collective. I am a Reiki Master, attuned by my mother, who also taught me how to read cards and live life guided by the moon.
